I had concerns about my vision and booked an appointment at specsavers Clydebank. When I arrived the shop appeared busy but at was taken at the correct time, the opticians who tested me helped me with my concerns. And I was given the all clear. All the staff were pleasant.
I have used the Clydebank store for many years and found them in general very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially when I have an emergency they always find a way of helping out. Optician Thea is truly exceptional! Thank you.

Good service getting glasses had to go into day as I noticed ilike a hairline line when cleaning ,girl was very helpful could see Mark. So waiting on new lens coming girl then noticed other lens wasn't right so to get 2 knew ones .As I said girl apologied and very helpful so a good service.I have never had anything like that with other glasses before Been with Specsavers for years
Ordered 2x new pairs of new glasses, phoned to check if they had arrived, told they are in the store but the person on the phone has said I will not be able to collect for another 5 days, despite everything already being ready to collect. Given the order has been paid for, and the store is empty most of the time, this would be an incredibly easy and straightforward task for the store to complete and turn into a good customer experience. Instead, I'm left with no glasses for another 5 days at a minimum. Poor service and considering cancelling the order entirely, going elsewhere to a store that will better value its customers.

Excellent service today by Richard. Was very experienced and patient. Having not the most normal of prescription I usually pay a bit more than usual. But Richard took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal. Thanks to him I was very happy with the experience today. Highly recommended.
