   Beware of the immigration scam happening at this institute. They don’t refund the students fees on visa refusal. I have proofs of emails, whatsapp chat, and phone recordings of the communication but the institute is refused to refund the money. They are running fraud business in the name of education and social services. Students have been waiting for refund from Jan 2024. Please stay away from them. @GOOGLE

   I enrolled at this college for the B2 Level English Language course as an international student for the February 2025 intake. My admission was processed through an approved agent. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the college’s tuition fee policy, which requires payment only after the visa is approved. During the visa application process, my tuition fees were securely held by the agent. Unfortunately, my visa application was refused. However, I was pleased with the prompt response—my agent refunded the full tuition fees without any delay. The college provided excellent support throughout the admission and visa application process. Based on my experience, I highly recommend that international students apply to this college through one of its approved agents. This approach allows you to pay fees within your home country, and in the event of a visa refusal, you can expect a smooth and timely refund process.

   As an overseas education consultant, I referred multiple international students to London School of Social and Management Sciences (LSMS) based on the trust that the institution would act with professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. Despite collecting full tuition fees from students, LSMS failed to provide refunds in a timely and transparent manner. £7,500 remains unpaid for three students after over a year of continuous follow-ups. Communication was later blocked without resolution. Moreover, students were misinformed about the nature of their programs and encouraged to apply under Short-Term Study Visas for purposes that conflicted with genuine academic intentions. Based on my dealings with LSMS, I would strongly advise caution to both students and agencies considering any engagement with this institution.
