Great hotel located not far from the city center, just a pleasant 15-minute walk away. The rooms are not very large, but they are extremely well insulated, ensuring excellent thermal comfort and a very quiet stay. The continental breakfast, with a good selection of sweet options, is really enjoyable. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The lobby is lovely and very cozy, with several games available that make it a perfect place to relax and have some fun. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel just outside the city center. Easy to reach via train or taxi. 10 min walk to the center. Rooms are nice and clean. Not too big but good enough. Lobby area is nice to chill and the bar had good drinks and food. Breakfast is good, ample options to choose from and the time it’s available is good as well.

This is a quirky Marriott with good vibes. The rooms are perfect for the 1 or 2 nights. We try to stay out this way when there is a concert because of the proximity. Breakfast was pretty decent but they really need to fix the OJ. Doesn't have as many games to play as York and to play pool was 1.50 a game but still nice.

I recently stayed at the Moxy hotel and overall, I loved the room and the location! The design was modern and stylish, and I enjoyed the vibe. However, one thing that would make a big difference for longer-term stays is additional storage space. Unfortunately, my room was missing a cupboard, which made it tricky to organize my clothes. Hope this gets addressed, as I'd love to stay here again.

I didn’t have a bad stay! The bed was so comfortable (soft) but I do prefer a firmer (not a rock) bed. I had trouble sleeping as a result. Super soft bed peeps, you’ll love it here! There was no safe, no fridge, but I don’t expect those everywhere. I would have felt better with a safe, though, as I was traveling through. Many said the bathroom was too small- I’m used to that in Europe and the UK. It had everything I needed, including conditioner which is usually not provided. The water in the faucet (which you can use for bottles as it’s some of the safest in the world in the UK) was nice and cold which I prefer. The breakfast wasn’t awesome, as it was oddly arranged so I got other things before I realized that what I wanted was just in a weird area. I also found it odd that the check in was also the bar. I like that this is modern, but I feel like they’ve sacrificed some of the professionalism for that modern vibe. There’s got to be a balance.

Room is a tiny box without a closet or anywhere to hang your clothes . The mattress is of the worst quality. You wake up with neck and back ache. The place is visually appealing and with a contemporary atmosphere and is clean, bright . The staff is young and eager to be helpful. The manager micromanages staff instead should focus on providing better customer service.

Situated in a very convenient location. 5min walk to Glasgow Queen Station. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was cozy. It’s a self service hotel so you don’t have a telephone in your room to call reception. Lobby is really nice. Two negative things: Our room didn’t have a closet. So we had to keep our belongings inside our bags. Rooms don’t have air conditioning. Only heating. If you need little bit cold air you have to keep the window open. Overall a wonderful stay.

Not quite a stay but breakfast. Breakfast buffet for £15pp. I came to the hotel before scrubbing in for surgery at nearby Hospital and breakfast is so-so. Selection isn’t great and looks like it’s been sitting there for quite awhile. Yogurts are displayed on a counter and not quite sure if it’s refrigerated. It may be, unsure as fridges not visible nor does do the plates feel cold nor do the items. Cheeses are warm so hence the issue above. Eggs and beans on a heater ( didn’t dare to try). I couldn’t find the reception as it’s also the bar area. There were three women when I came in. One with reddish hair and another who seemed to be busy with a laptop and someone who seemed like the receptionist. Receptionist acknowledged me but the other two were far too busy to greet a customer. The hotel is funky in a sense but that’s all I’ve got for it. Definitely doesn’t live up to the Marriott brand. Shame as their name holds up so high in Northern America. Please spend your money at a small business or indecent restaurants!

Pretty nice cozy hotel. Didn't know it was that busy. The common areas are really nice, staff members really helpful and cleaning service extraordinary. Stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Bathroom is spotless and the bed is very comfy. Didn't have the time to try out the free welcome cocktail but I'd love to get it another time hahaha thank you!
