Perfect for visiting paisley and Glasgow.. lovely clean rooms. Have stayed several times. Little downside this time Not enough breakfast items out for the amount of guests. But generally great choice and staff friendly and helpful
My family stayed here for over a week as a central point to travel throughout Scotland. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Always very kind and gave valuable information and tips on places to go. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and the food was always good. The service was good. The rooms were tidied daily and we were given fresh bedding and towels when needed.
Great location, if you have a flight early morning or coming late, very short walking distance from airport. Clean room with plenty space. Perfect service, very quick check in and out, and every good service with restaurant. I ready recommend, there is everything what is needed. And nice atmosphere
Ideal stop before an early flight We stayed here the night before an early departure and it was spot on for convenience. Parking We booked the Glasgow Airport Mid-Stay car park and would recommend it. It’s right next to the hotel and the ground is flat, so pushing large suitcases was easy. Location The airport terminal is about a three-minute walk away. I've included a photo taken from the Terminal car park to show how close it is. The route between the hotel and terminal is smooth and level. If you're unsure, you can grab a luggage cart from the car park and push it over. Hotel The hotel was clean and the rooms felt fresh. We had a good meal in the evening. The staff were lovely, though it was clear they were stretched , most looked like they were doing more than one job. Would stay again for the convenience alone.
I spent a fantastic night here last night with my family. Fiona at the front desk was just great, so friendly and went above and beyond. My son said this is the friendliest hotel we have been to in the 5 days we have been traveling throughout the UK and the rest of the staff was good as well. Had dinner here (pizza) which was delicious and quick which was much needed after a long day on the road. Breakfast was also a good setup with so many options. As for the rooms they were clean, quiet and very comfortable. Will return again for sure.
We arrived on a late flight and stayed here. We have mixed reviews. The room was decently sized and comfortable. They use dove products in the bathroom (big pump bottles) which was nicer than normal. My only real niggle is that the toilet paper was like sandpaper. The cheapest, nastiest toilet paper they could have found. Breakfast was surprising good. A wide selection of decent quality food. We had dinner there, figuring how bad could it be. Horrific! The burger was burnt to an inch of existence (most likely precooked and then warmed up). The fries were decent. My partner had a meatball wrap. It was filled with two or three chunks of breakfast sausage. Nasty. Somehow they have a simple menu they still managed to screw up. Better to fast then to order dinner here.
Fantastic stay at the holiday Inn express, staff all fantastic always went above and beyond. Room was good and spacious and most importantly extremely clean. My only criticism would be the restaurant is slightly too expensive for what it is and the snacks you can buy from next to reception are way overpriced they could reduce them and still be making money
Booked here as we had an early flight, got off to a bad start as we arrived at Holiday Inn and were informed by a dour faced receptionist that we were at the wrong hotel . It was pitch black and teaming rain, so please be aware of this when booking that there's also Holiday Inn Express. The rooms at Holiday Inn Express are very clean, big comfy bed and plenty towels. The staff are all lovely, excellent customer service.
Stayed at this hotel as we were attending a funeral and wanted to be near the airport for our return flight. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable we both slept very well. The staff we met were very Helpful Megan on reception was so lovely and friendly also Aaron that worked the night shift was happy to have a chat and looked after us . They are both a credit to your company. The breakfast was very tasty fresh and plentiful.
Well presented fresh decor, smart tidy appearance. Clean modern room with comfortable bed & good facilities tea/coffee in room. Large comfortable lounge which doubles as shared evening meal area. Dinner menu limited but entirely satisfactory for purpose, usual selection of bar meal style dishes. Breakfast continental for early starts & cooked from 06:00, all very well presented & plentiful. Staff very efficient & friendly.
