Terrible. Could hear the neighbours for most of the night and when I was finally able to fall asleep, an alarm in the hall way woke me up again. Room was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in, internet didn’t work and toilet was was miles down the hall next to reception. Don’t stay here!

We needed something easy and affordable for one night and it fit the bill. Nothing fancy, don’t expect too much. But friendly staff and easy check in/out. We had a room on the basement floor and had 1 double and 1 single. Beds were fine, bathroom was small but had all the basics. It is in a great location and we spent most of the time outside the room exploring.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Our room was basic but functional. It was very good location for us. We walked everywhere in the West End.

The hotel is small, intimate, and cozy. There are only 6 rooms, so it’s also quiet. The owner and his wife are very accommodating and kind. My room was very clean and tidy. The location is perfect for navigating Glasgow with ease. The subway is three blocks away, the University of Glasgow is a 10 minute walk, and there are several excellent pubs, cafes, and restaurants within 5 blocks. Anytime I needed help, both the owner and his wife were willing to give me suggestions, call cab companies for me, or provide directions to where I could access what I needed. I will stay there again.

Just had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. We had the 4-person room on the first floor, which was very clean, quiet, and cozy. The hosts were kind and welcoming to us, and were always there to help. The location was also perfect for us, since most hotels are much further away from the university. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

What a Horrible place this was to stay. I was booked for 3 nights but I decided to stay only for 1 night then change to a better hotel. Its finer points Β· The bathroom was quite frankly disgusting- I don’t think it had been cleaned for a month and was quite unsanitary Β· The Kettle in the room was not working (although a staff member provided another kettle). Β· The Heater in the room was not working (Hotel said that the heater had a timer that starts automatically at 5am but the heater in my room was not working at all! The Hotels response was to do nothing and just ask me to wait and wait. A Gentleman from the Hotel came a few times to my room to check (to be honest this was a bit annoying as they came several times without solving anything. The bedroom was actually so cold that I bought a hot bottle water in a shop near the hotel I – cannot believe in this day and age I stayed in a hotel with a hot bottle water Β· The TV did not work the entire duration of my visit Β· They finally offered me to change to another room after I had finished checking out while I was waiting for a taxi to pick up me. Β· In here I paid what as a customer need to paid but I didn't get what is in the description about this hotel. I paid check in early; I accept no refund for the 2 nights left. The woman staff in the reception screamed and yelled at me without any reason after I told her that I didn’t like her attitude. Β· Some of the taxi drivers told me to be careful staying at this hotel is not safe if we are a tourist and having cash money. As a tourist in this Fine City- I can honestly say this is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever visited- If it were possible to mark it out of 10 I would offer a minus 1 score- there are so many better hotels in the City and this one should be avoided at all costs

Great location, it's worth the stay for the location. The big rooms were nice, and staff were not-bad.

Good location, very affordable price, friendly staff. The quality of the room is some what expected as reflected on the price. It can be a bit noisy in the evening as people coming back to their rooms but it was on after 11 pm.

Good geusthouse for a short stay in the very nice (green) Western edge of Glasgow city center (about half an hour walk to the real central city). All facilities, the room and the service are basic, yet rather good value for money.

Dirty and dusty rooms with ancient dirty carpets, broken heating, broken showers, broken toilets, pungent smell of solvents vapour and other chemicals. On top of that, very rude staff. When I complained, instead of providing a better accommodation, they said they didn't know about any of the issues I was encountering and plainly ignored me. Worst experience on Booking.com in 20 years, steer clear.
