   We book this room at the basement for 2 nights in May 2025, pet friendly, the place is beautiful, full of antiques and I love the piano so much! You’ll found Elizabeth is very nice and friendly after you know her more, she bring us visit the house and show us the rooms, tells us stories about this 5x years old house, the high ceiling is so beautiful and fantastic. Unfortunately the car park is a bit tight and narrow, when we first arrived, it took me over ten turns of the steering wheel — with Elizabeth’s guidance — to finally squeeze into the parking space, what you need is some patience.

   Booked this through Airbnb on trnsmt to turn up and find out that they had never heard of us. Did nothing to help us, was rude and told us it wasn’t her problem we didn’t have anywhere to stay. Avoid

   We booked this place last minute as we needed somewhere to stay over night in Glasgow. Big mistake. I should have slept in the car. The place cost £150 a night. True the rooms are big and have ornate old furniture. But if you're going to invest in antique furniture you definitely need someone to clean them The place was dusty. There were moths everywhere. The carpets were moths eaten. Seeing the state of the building had me worried as to whether they have changed the sheets or not. I could hardly sleep because my skin was crawling. In the morning I just wanted a good shower to clean myself and get out as soon as possible. Lo and behold the shower has issues. The water scolded me even though it was on the coldest possible setting. As my father joked. Maybe it was set like that to kill all the parasites you acquired over night.

   Brilliant location,beautiful comfortable apartments fully equipted,tastefully furnished giving comfort and peace in heart of west end,like staying in a country forrest reatreat .a hidden gem with all you need..yet all of Glasgows life and culture a few minuites away..
