I've stayed here before in family suite and although not the best or cleanest was near city centre so i booked again when I had a concert booked . On the day of my arrival never received a key to get access and phoned numerous numbers and never got through to nobody so had to return home and miss my concert . To say I'm angry is an understatement I travelled almost 2 hours for nothing and cost me more than £100 I feel booking.com should remove them from their site i feel so badly let down. Also today the day after what should have been my stay i tried again all their numbers and left messages and emails but was completely ignored.

Avoid this at all costs if you value your health. My shed at home is cleaner than this cess pit. Hazmat suit advised. Made the mistake of removing the hair trap in the shower - major error think the hair had been there years. Sheets and duvets were cheap and soiled think they came from a bin. No sign of the owners. TV and WiFi didn’t work. Got scalded in the shower. Felt unclean even after showering. Musty smell as soon as you walked in the building and mould and dust everywhere. Mattresses badly stained. My son had to crouch down to use the shower. Strange policy of only over 30s in the building as my son booked and paid for the room and he’s 27! Our plans had to change otherwise we would never have booked this. Only good thing was the location.

Do Not Book Here I'm going to get ill once stay here for just one night. After seen this house, I sold my concert ticket and bought train tickets to go back my home. So terrible and no courier, once the host send message about the key code. He/She disappeared and never responded. Everywhere is damp and mouldy. Bathroom and bedroom smell Soooo DISGUSTING. The Walls are broken, locks are vulnerable, Duvets are dirty and hairs on them. Windows are mouldy and can't be opened. The toilet is dusty and terrible. Such a old and abandoned house. If you truly hate someone, want to make someone feel very uncomfortable and sick, you can book this room for him/her.

Amazing staff, amazing room amazing location. Don’t understand the negative reviews was not my experience at all. The room is more than enough value for money. This place does not claim to be a 5 star establishment. I am a very clean person and found this room to be very suitable and enjoyable to stay in. I would recommend staying here to any group of friends travelling to Glasgow, as many of the rooms have three beds. The location is very central, near everything. Thank you for an amazing stay. I also forgot some items in my room after check out and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got my stuff back. Keep up the good work guys!

We had to book here last minute as part of our first family holiday, as the apartment we had booked got cancelled on us a couple of weeks before we were due to go on holiday. Our son is non verbal autistic, and we were worried about him being able to escape from hotel rooms with ordinary twist locks...these room were perfect as they have good old fashioned key locks, which kept our son safe and gave us peace of mind! We preferred the ensuit room to the room with the separate shower, but our experience here was fab with both rooms that we stayed in! Plenty of tea and coffee, water provided in the mini fridges and lots of clean towels available! We hope to come and stay here again!

Firstly the tv was broken & they accused us of breaking it after telling them on the next day . Saw one staff member the whole time , and wasn’t around after 2:30pm so we couldn’t bring our issues up with them . One coat hanger was left in the wardrobe. Bed sheets had holes in , and un fitted . Cigarettes ends all over the windowsill. Bathroom you couldn’t swing a cat in plus it was downstairs not in the corridor as stated . Also the plug socket next to the bed fussed , and there was no one to tell . They have a carfew for 1:00AM yet guest were coming in at 3:00AM . Will definitely not be staying again .

TO AVOID the hotel works on a self-check in basis - I received the WRONG code and tried to call for support for a full hour (I called and texted three different numbers and through booking with NO response - it was 4pm on Sunday). I was lucky to open the code just by making random trials so I got in AFTER ONE HOUR I arrived in front of the property. The hotel manager responded to me FIVE hours after I wrote to him (at 9pm), apoligised briefly and only said that 'the lady who gave me code has been sent to additional training' - this was extremely poor customer service seen there was NO available check-in support despite the manager knew I would be checking-in then. Very disappointing facility and would not suggest that to anyone.

Not only was the bathroom moldy, but the entire place seemed like it had not been genuinely cleaned in a while. Wifi didn't work, there's about 50 DVDs in the room, but no way to play them, tv didn't work either, theres a microwave & small fridge, but no cutlery or dishes except a couple of mugs. The beds were fine and the sheets seemed nice and clean enough.

Good quality family room exactly where we needed it. Reasonable price and good communication. Easy to gain access for a late arrival. Perfectly serviceable and a stones through from the Glasgow school of art

Spacious rooms well equipped with fridge and microwave, though no milk for tea. Warm room, comfortable bed. Bathroom was private but down stairs which was a bit unusual but fine. I liked that I could lock it when I wasn't in. Could have done with some hooks for towels and clothes though. Had a bit of an odd experience the first night where some other guests tried to get into my room, I think mistaking it for their own. That was quite stressful and meant I didn't sleep well but that's not on the property. No breakfast at the property but there's a nice cafe next door
