   Very bad and lier staff they actually don’t know meaning of actual word and they call their head office make sure the answer and also if they are not proper well trained for their self in proper ways always on phone with their family so whey they ruining learners Carrer I need to ask why did they keep staff like that who has not use their own mind always use their friends & family mind I am talking about one of your trainer whose name is Wendy she is about 55 she is a trainer I respect about her age but if she is on phone for hours and distracted what she taught and she has no right to disqualify person she need more training while she is teaching she should not talk about her husband no body care about her family life she chosen herself to stay away from family and do her job so why she is at work and uses her phone for hours we respect her but she should understand that cell phone is for an emergency situation not for while she is at important work
