   Stayed in 1 of the cottages and it was lovely and peaceful, perfect couples night away. Cottage was well equipped, clean and modern. Bed comfortable and the breakfast was amazing and the hot tub!! Amazing for the price.

   My husband and I stayed at Fox House last night as we were attending a function nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave this morning! The accommodation was spotless, the service warm and friendly and the farm house set in the most beautiful Ayrshire countryside. Everything was just perfect! The bedroom was huge and the bed honestly the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! The bathroom was also spacious and very modern with a lovely shower suite. Gary and Alison were very welcoming and Gary cooked up a storm with full Scottish breakfast. They were most accommodating and if we’re ever back down that neck of woods, we wouldn’t hesitate to book Fox House. Five stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love Suzie and Kevin x

   Friendly and helpful host! Beautiful and spotless modern rooms set in a traditional building with some original material. Need to drive a little bit to get anywhere, or walk. But otherwise lovely! There are also 1 bedroom cottages with hot tubs! Fully Scottish Breakfast was really good also!

   A great place to say. Booked in for a one night stay, have to say I was very impressed from start to finish. Was warmly welcomed after a long drive, Thirdpart farm entrance hall is very impressive with its traditional wood cladding from floor to ceiling. We were shown the dining area and which table would be set for us - we had pre booked breakfast (£8 extra each) then settled into our room. If your looking for a evening meal the we can recommend the Blair a couple of miles down the road. We all had a great night sleep in a well appointment room, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, etc. Breakfast was a real treat, we all plumped for the full Scottish! And what a lovely breakfast we had, all freshly prepared and cooked to order. It makes such a difference when high quality ingredients are used rather than the cheap catering ingredients you so often come across. Would definitely recommend to take the breakfast! Would we say at Thirepart Farm again? Absolutely!
