   I’ve been with Let’s Let since 2007, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better letting agent. As a family-run business, they offer a personal touch that is both professional and highly supportive. Over the years, they have gone above and beyond in keeping my property well-maintained, handling every repair with efficiency and care, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. What really stands out is their attention to detail and their commitment to finding excellent tenants—I’ve never had any issues with problematic tenants, and I credit that to the incredible team, including Heather, Fiona, Angela, and more recently, Alexander. They are always proactive and responsive, making the entire letting process stress-free for me. While I am sad to be selling my property, I know that if I ever invest in another, Let’s Let will be my first choice without hesitation. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and dedicated letting agent, I highly recommend Let’s Let.

   Great experience from start to finish - we dealt with Alexander and Heather mainly. I would 100% recommend as a landlord. We were in the process of selling our house and they were patient enough to hold the lease until we could move. Once in the property, it was clean and in good condition. Any repairs or problems, everything was fixed promptly normally within 24-48 hours. They couldn't do anything more for you, compared to other landlords they go the extra mile. We really struggled on our search as we have 2 dogs but the landlord with Let's Let accepts them. We have now moved from the property and it was an easy process from handing over the flat to receiving our full deposit back. Would 100% use again

Any issues we've had in our time in the flat have always been dealt with appropriately and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout.    Lets let were great before, and during tenancy. However, I had to move out of the property promptly on the last few days of tenancy. The flat was cleaned/hoovered/mopped prior to moving out. Post inspection, I received a notification that a cleaner would have to be hired due to the minor marks in the bathroom sink, and a few other areas in the kitchen (such as drawers not being 100% clean). In my opinion, this would have taken approximately 15minutes - 30minutes to clean, however I was charged £80 from my deposit. In addition, upon myself entering my property, the property was not in a perfect condition itself which makes me even more frustrated. Let's Let have taken liberty over my deposit, and by the sounds of other reviews, other individuals deposit too. Be careful when choosing to let with Lets Let. I would also like to add, Lets Let had to be chased several times for return of deposit.

   I have been a tenant through Lets Let in Hamilton for 13 years. I cannot speak more highly about their service. In my experience they have made working with the landlord easy and stress free. Whenever there were issues, they were always contactable. During the festive period they would give you points of contact you could contact directly. If there were any delays in getting authorisation from the landlord for repairs etc, they would always keep you updated. Their professionalism and tenant focused attitude when doing home visits were always welcomed. I cannot recommend them enough. I have now bought the property I was renting, if I hadn't done that then I am sure I would still be a long sitting tenant through them. The team are fantastic x

   I initially met with Let’s Let when I purchased my first property in my portfolio and have continued to add to this with the help of the team in their agents. Naturally as a landlord you can worry about your investment being in safe hands however the staff have continued to go above and beyond for me and helped grow my portfolio all whilst maintaining my other properties and keeping my tenants happy. I am lucky to visit my properties on occasion to attend to maintenance and the tenants always praise the agents. I look forward to continuing our working relationship.
