   I rarely write negative reviews but I didn't have a positive experience with Igloo. I raised a complaint after my house sale to alert them to a few issues, particularly some of the communication I received which I thought was unprofessional. I thought I'd hold off leaving a review until igloo responded (in fairness to them) but their responses missed the point completely. I won't be recommending them to anyone I know unfortunately. Response to Igloo: I am disappointed that your response has not told the truth. Your response has actually proved my position about missing the point. One of the issues that I raised was how I felt pressurised into accepting an offer that was for the home report value. Igloo have missed the point that I had to stand my ground over the phone as if I had taken igloos advice I would have walked away with 6k less. Igloo have not offered me the chance to listen to the call recordings. I double checked all my emails, so please can you point me to where you have said this? Also to sum up my concerns as "you were unhappy with how one of our team explained the strategy behind setting an offers over price" is not in any way accurate to what I described in my emails. I was not going to list my concerns on the original review but here is, briefly, the issues I raised to igloo: no signs being present whilst my property was on the market and nothing being done about that, when I queried the change in pricing strategy a member of staff insinuated I could be seen as greedy, feeling pressurised to accept a lower offer on my property and the buyer of my property raising concerns about how long she had to wait for igloo to provide the home report and this not being communicated to me. Igloo has misrepresented what I have said in emails on google which is really disappointing.

   Had a fantastic experience selling with Igloo. Sold within 1 week after going to a closing date. We lived in our family home for over 40years. The team guided us throughout the process. Alan M valued our home and Lynn and the team took care of the rest arranged viewings quickly and advised us to set a closing date and we achieved an amazing result! Highly recommend if you want a friendly and professional team to help you throughout this process!

We were given clear communication, everything was explained to us and if we had any questions they were all answered. Abby always kept me informed of what was going on with the sale and gave advice to get me the best price for my home managed to get us much higher than originally expected.
