   Just sold my house in 5 days with Clyde Property Bothwell and I am absolutely delighted with their service. I dealt directly with Jack Johnstone who was first class, knowledgeable, very professional and most importantly, answered every call and query I had. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to others and I know that I wouldn’t have sold my house as quickly or for as much as I got, but for the good job done by all at Clyde Property. Would highly recommend.

   Excellent service. After having a bad experience with a different estate agent I decided to use Clyde to sell my property and I didn't regret it. The communication was excellent with the staff keeping me updated at all times with viewings etc, and having my own personal portfolio which I could log into at any time to see the sale progress is a great feature. Would highly recommend if you are looking to sell a property.

   Clyde property bothwell branch are absolutely superb. Punctual to the house viewing I booked, extremely informative on the property. After putting in our offer, Rachel took the time on her day off (Easter weekend) to call me to confirm the client had accepted my offer. Then met my family and myself after her work the following week to allow my family a tour of our new home. Excellent service from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We contacted Clyde Property as a house came on market which we were interested in. They quickly arranged a viewing within a day of contacting them . I then requested a another viewing with my builder and again very obliging. We couldn’t manage to get builder so had to then rearrange another day which they again tried to accommodate us .After each viewing they would call me for a update . We had 3 viewings and put a offer in for closing date . We are delighted to say our offer was accepted and looking forward to moving into our new home soon . Thank you Nicole & Rachel

   There are honestly no words to describe how lovely the experience has been with Steph, Piper & Rachel at Clyde Property, Bothwell! We have been searching for about a year and have had the most horrendous experience with every estate agent we have encountered - from being dismissive, rude, nonchalant and could barely get a call back - and this includes other branches of Clyde Property unfortunately. We were at the end of our tether and felt so disheartened at the experiences we were encountering, that we had given up all hope of enjoying this massively life changing purchase we were looking to make. The first call I made to Clyde, Bothwell was an absolute GAME CHANGER! I spoke to Piper and she was just so lovely, knowledgeable and personable, I instantly felt this massive relief that at long last, this should have been it all along. Piper was extremely proactive with having information sent over in a flash, and when I got a follow up call the next day, I couldn’t believe it! So much so that when I told my husband, he thought I was pulling his leg! We drove around 450 miles to view a property so we were really looking forward to it. We met Steph there for the first time and again, instantly felt so comfortable and just really enjoyed the whole experience there with Steph. We really wanted things to work out with the property as we were just as vested in the bricks and mortar as we were with the team at Clyde, Bothwell! For a week or so we were out of the country but Rachel continued to keep us in the loop which was hugely reassuring - particularly at a time of feeling quite helpless. Rachel couldn’t have been any more attentive and for that, we were actually able to relax on holiday! Both of us genuinely could not speak more highly of the team at Clyde, Bothwell - every single call, email and encounter has been impeccable on their part and they have honestly made our dream purchase even more special by being with us every step of the way. Our heartfelt praise goes way beyond a 5 star rating - its off the chart in reality! Our doors will be forever open to Steph, Piper & Rachel - we owe you a celebratory drink!
