The water heater keeps breaking down, and this is very annoying. It hasn't happened just once, but repeatedly. It's extremely frustrating, and the weather is unbearably cold.
Extremely Disappointed – Avoid if You Can My experience with Solasta Reverside has been extremely disappointing. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and at times downright disrespectful. Communication is poor, and any concerns raised were either ignored or met with attitude. The apartments themselves are overpriced for what you get. Despite the high rent, the quality and maintenance do not reflect the cost. You’re essentially paying luxury prices for a very average experience. To make matters worse, they do not honor their deposit return policy. Even after leaving the apartment in excellent condition, I was given excuse after excuse with no sign of a refund. It’s clear that getting your deposit back is more of a gamble than a guarantee. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere—there are much better-managed properties in the area that treat their tenants with basic respect and fairness.

The entire building has faced frequent internet outages and hot water shortages, which are extremely frustrating. Parking is another issue — despite the very high cost of £195 per month, I often see random vehicles parked in the spaces, especially in the corner areas. While the space is small, it’s still good enough for vehicles to park properly, but these additional cars make it messy and inconvenient. On top of that, for more than two months the lifts were out of order. I even sent an email enquiry about this, but never received any response. That lack of communication just shows how poor their customer service really is. Overall, it has been a very bad experience living here. I stayed at this accommodation from 2023 to 2024. Overall, it was a decent place in terms of location and cleanliness. However, there were recurring issues—most notably the water heater kept turning off, and the internet connection was unstable and unreliable. Despite always paying my rent on time, my request to stay for another year in 2025 was denied simply because I’m a student, which was really disappointing. I expected better, especially after being a responsible tenant.
We had a wonderful stay at Solasta Riverside (2023-2024)! It's beautifully designed, spacious, and comes with all the necessary facilities. The location is perfect, in the city centre, making it super convenient for exploring and accessing everything nearby. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a great spot! Thank you Solasta, our first home in the UK!!
I have recently moved into this flat and I am really enjoying my experience so far. The customer service has been fantastic. Chelsea, Josh, Natalie, Amy, Rori, and Sara have been absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and eager to help. Everytime I walk into the building complex, I am always greeted with a very friendly smile and a pleasant hello. Any issues I have raised have been responded so promptly. The flats are very elegant, nicely designed and most importantly, have very energy efficient appliances. Love the gym and the pool table in the complex as well. There are also social events you can attend to and make new friends. Solasta Riverside also have a WhatsApp group to allow residents to connect with other residents, and raise any issues. It's a nice and comfortable environment.
First resident of the building, literally! The concierge team has been super helpful with my move-in and they truly made me feel like home.
