I was not supported at all in buying a property in East Kilbride. I was just expecting a discussion about the seller’s expectations and the clerk just dismissed me. Amateurish!
Have used this agency a few times to find tenants for my property in Dennistoun as not many agencies are keen to assist in doing this. They are always on hand to answer any of my questions and give me assistance when needed. Alberto really put my mind at ease with Lettings after I had a bad experience and was on the verge of selling my flat. Thank you so much again
I would strongly advise avoiding this letting agency. When I moved into the property they managed, it was not in a livable condition. The boiler wasn’t operational (and clearly hadn’t been for some time), meaning no hot water or heating. There were no fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors in the flat — a serious safety risk. The fuse box was dangerously outdated and illegal, and in one bedroom, I even found a lightbulb filled with water. Despite raising these issues urgently and politely, we were met with delays, excuses, and a general lack of concern. When the boiler was finally looked at, a gas leak was found and new pipes had to be installed — they were poorly fitted on the walls, causing visible damage. We were promised someone would come back to box them in and repair the decor. That never happened. Eventually, we gave up chasing them because every attempt to follow up led nowhere, and we were made to feel like a nuisance for simply expecting a safe, habitable home. The final insult came when I handed in my notice and asked for a reference. The agency told my prospective landlord they “wouldn’t rent to me again as I was a demanding tenant” — simply for wanting basic repairs and legal requirements to be met. Thankfully, my new landlord saw through that. To top it off, the agency is not legally compliant: the deposit was not protected in any registered scheme, and they are not even properly registered as a letting agency. Avoid at all costs.
Finding a property with this agency is the fastest thing that's happened to me in almost 10 years of living in Glasgow. Thanks to Alberto, I have an apartment with all the features I was looking for, and it took very little time. Alberto has been very kind and very attentive to my partner and me, and we will use their agency again in the future if necessary. Thank you, Alberto and Angelo. I will give you 10 start :)

I had rented from this company for around 3 years and couldn’t speak higher of them with all repairs being carried out in a timely manner. They also reached out on numerous occasions to make sure I was a happy tenant, Angelo, Alberto and Samantha also made the process of exiting the property very simple and then proceeded to help me with buying my first property for me and my girlfriend. Selling with This company was the best thing I have ever done, the whole deal was hassle free. As a care manager I don’t always have the time to arrange or be present for viewing, these guys excelled. I’ve bought and sold previously and the experience was very stressful. I found the company extremely professional and they went above and beyond to assist me. Corporate/ large scale estate agency don’t have the time to give you that experience these guys do.
