   Booked viewing - then cancelled the day after because the estate agents had new IT being installed in the office and no one now available. Appreciate things happen but seller misses out. Update - I received an email from the branch today telling me there was a medical issue, after the review was read - no mention of the face ID IT system that no staff were able to leave the office to carry out the 11.00am viewing. Be very careful with staff at this branch - clearly either have short memory or just dishonest - not a good advertisement for salespeople you need to trust! Personally, I will now avoid using them.

   Not a very positive selling experience, unfortunately. The general attitude of the agent came across as being somewhat condescending, always seemed disinterested and not very happy to answer any queries. Had to phone for updates as a lack of engagement from staff. After 4+ months on the market and no sale, we have decided to change agent. Since doing so, the noticeable difference in professionalism, approach & general marketing of the property, has been 2nd to none! All in all, I feel Slater Hogg, Burnside wasted 4 months of our selling time. I would not recommend or use again. You ‘tried’ to sell G44 4RX for me, unsuccessfully so I am surprised you cannot locate me.

   I recently sold my flat using Slater Hogg and would highly recommend them. Stephanie came out initially to complete a valuation on the property which proved to be very accurate, she clearly has a great knowledge of the local market. I found the whole team to be highly efficient at every stage, everything was done in such a timely fashion. Robyn was excellent at communicating and keeping me informed regarding scheduled viewings and feedback from viewers. The flat sold in just over a week from the point of advert going live, thanks to the organisation and effort of all involved. Couldn’t fault the team - an excellent estate agent!
