We bought our flat from Scottish Property over five years ago and had excellent service, so when the time came to sell it, we had no hesitation in approaching them to sell it for us. Gregor came out right away to do a valuation which we were very happy with. He organised the company to come and do the home survey report plus a photographer. The flat was on the market very quickly. We were kept updated as to any viewings to take place and received an offer quite quickly. Unfortunately this offer fell through and the flat had to go back on the market. Gregor was so understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We received another offer which this time all went to plan. We would have no hesitation in recommending Scottish Property. Thank you to everyone involved.
