Really bad maintenance service They have ignored all the enquiries for cleaning the marks on the all! They don’t care about tenants
Very unprofessional agents, I'd go as far as to say awful. I live abroad and I had my property with them for about 12 years. When the tenant left I had to completely gut the place. They didn't do inspections as per their contract - they blamed covid restrictions but even once they were lifted they hadn't been to inspect it. All the window handles were rusted, the flat stunk of cat pee, every light was smashed, furniture broken, curtain rails hanging off the wall, the bath smashed, the wc broken. Yes the tenant is responsible but when you pay an agency to manage your property you expect them to do just that. When I collected my keys they had the cheek to tell me I had a bad attitude :-D

Very pleasant agents. As a renter I've dealt with some really really bad ones; Chattelle is a breath of fresh air.
Chattelle Estates have managed my properties for over ten years now and I have found them to be professional and honest. Sometimes they are caught in the middle of difficult situations where the landlord has to take responsibility. Their advice going through these situations has been invaluable.
The customer service team is second to none and they always provide great advice. Highly recommend them!
Very poor customer service. I had rented a property through them for three years and as soon as a problem arose in the flat, they didn't take any action to rectify it. However, blamed us for not fixing the mess ourselves. Spoke to the manager at the branch who was the least helpful person and ignored every complaint. They were taking money from the landlord for the issue but not using it to rectify the problems. Would never recommend to go through them.
