   The team at K property is amazing! My partner and I had been searching the rental market for the perfect place for our pup - the team at K property made the entire process so quick and simple! We worked specifically with Lynn, but also spoke with Dona and the rest of the team who were all so incredibly sweet. Lynn made the process of moving so seamless and easy, explaining exactly what documents we needed and kindly waiting while we collected these. We were provided with a perfect run down of the property and the entire rental agreement was explained to us. She was responsive with virtually anything we needed and was so lovely to speak with! We would HIGHLY recommend Lynn and K property for any of your moving needs!

Process handled very quickly from application through to successfully securing the property with 1st rate comms throughout and excellent assistance offered in attending to completing the required background/financial checks.    My partner and I are beyond happy with the service we received from K Property when we recently became tenants of one of their rental properties. We've been to several viewings over the past few months and, although there are a few good letting/estate agencies out there, K Property have always come out on top. Katrina is an incredibly positive, helpful and knowledgeable person who I felt went out her way to help us. Lynn and Donna who are on the team at K Property were fantastic; great communication and customer service from everyone. It's clear that many people out there have had great experiences selling and/or buying properties through K Property. Personally, I would absolutely consider them if you're looking to rent a property from them too.

   From the moment I made contact with k property the communication and service I received was excellent. I had never sold a house previously and this process was daunting however Katrina and Shauna both spent time explaining the process and helping me understand the steps. Each step was easy, quick and really taken out my hands as the girls are so fantastic. They sold my house quickly and we ran into a few issues with the first buyers pulling out and k property took all the stress and hassle off our shoulders and handled this for us. We got over and above what we were expecting in price which was a wonderful surprise!! We had a lot of interest and the communication was clear and very organised which was soooo helpful with both our busy jobs. Viewings were grouped which was great as this got them all done back to back on fewer days. Thanks to the planning of k property. Our photos were complimented by all viewers. Thankfully I did not have to do many as house sold very quickly both times thanks to k property and their dedication to their sales! I can not recommend k property enough. Thank you so much ladies for all your hard work we are now settled in our new home.

   I have been living at my accommodation since 2019. K property is a good agent with great houses. Everyone is great at their job. Lynn and Donna have been great. When I had a problem with my boiler Lynne organised for someone to fix it for me. K property take good care of their tenants and will recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

   We have been in our house since December 2021 and did everything through K Property’s. What a delight they have been to work with, you hear horror story’s about letting agency’s etc but honestly I can’t fault them! Lynne is the lady I deal with and she’s been amazing, anything that’s had to be fixed or checked out in our house has been done in a timely manner and nothing has ever been a bother for her. Lynne has genuinely made renting the house so easy, and for that I can’t thank her enough. Emma and Gareth x

   K Property were recommended by a friend who had previously used them to sell their house. I must say that I was so impressed by Katrina, Shauna and the team. They all did a fantastic job with photos, viewings, organising the home report, communication and explaining the whole process. I was blown away by how knowledgeable they were about the current market and how much interest my property would generate. Katrina is honest and transparent with regards to fees and potential sale price. I cannot recommend K Property enough and I would definitely use them again.
