   We've rented with Forth Residential for about 5 years in a property in Edinburgh. The agency is honestly a breath of fresh air - an excellent agency that takes pride in managing the property, looking after the tenants and is very responsive to any repairs needed. Over our tenancy, any issues were resolved and repairs were carried out in timely manner. Had no hassle in getting the deposit back Huge thanks to Catriona and Stewart, who were always friendly and excellent in their work. Only dealt with Joe during check-out, but he was also very friendly and quickly responded to emails. Thanks to everyone and we will definitely be looking to rent with Forth again in the future.

   I have used several property letting companies in the past but none have matched the service standards of Catriona and her team. Friendly, caring and very professional. I started using Forth Residential last year to look after one of my properties and from the outset they were very engaging - explaining details of how the process worked and what they could do for me. I have been extremely impressed by the level of professionalism shown. Nothing is too much of a problem. They are quick to respond and if there are any issues they deal with them in a prompt and efficient manner.    Although this letting agent expects very high standards of tenants' behaviour and the cleanliness of the property on departure, they provide an immaculate service in return. I have found Forth Residential to be professional, honest, swift to respond to urgent queries and genuinely concerned for the experience of the tenant. Their properties are reasonably priced and well maintained. I had not rented for nearly 30 years and dreaded having to do so on moving to Stirling, but Forth Residential made the process seamless. Any professionals looking to rent in the Stirling area are advised to contact them before any other agent.
