   Having bought my house through them 2 years ago, My mortgage is due and so I needed a valuation of the property to get a more updated price on it. I called them two weeks ago to arrange a time and date suitable for us both to get it done, only to be told the night before the date it wasn’t worth their time as I was not interested in selling the property, only getting a valuation for a new mortgage. I said Fine and left it at that thinking about other estate agents and options. A couple of days later I recieved a call from them Apologising for the cancellation and did I wish to rebook again. I mentioned my concerns about the last cancellation and the Adviser was very sorry and said “No it will go ahead, we will send you an email to confirm. Well, I never received an email confirming the appointment, so the day before I called again to confirm it was going ahead. “Yes I can see it in the diary”, I will get the assessor to call you when he comes back in”. Well again, I never got that call, so I left work early to make the appointment agreed with th at my house, only to be let down yet again and no one show. I will be calling them tomorrow to also complain to the manager, but don’t hold much hope.

From start to finish I can’t thank all the team at countrywide enough our house wasn’t even on the market that long and it was sold.    Absolutely fantastic service from Lorna & Niamh at Country Wide Airdrie! These ladies are a credit to your team! We recently purchased a property for our son & had a few tricky situations arise due to outstanding repairs needing carried out before completion (lawyers taking forever) we were afraid we would lose the purchase. I contacted Lorna & she immediately contacted the seller & sorted the issue out. She was so helpful, friendly & a true professional. Niamh was a dream to deal with, she arranged the mortgage & insurance with ease, talked us through the complete process & kept in touch frequently to insure we were updated. Both ladies were outstanding & I wouldn’t hesitate to use the branch again.

   Our experience so far has been one of many ups and downs however what I will say is the saving grace of our situation has been Lorna. Having sold our house for the 2nd time after the 1st falling through after 5 months through a buyers sheer negligence, she has resolved situations that solicitors have sat and let run down the 1st time in this 2nd sale. Always pleasant and plenty of banter on the phone, a real asset to have at the forefront of the Estate Agent. Shoutout to Aidan and Olivia aswell.

   My partner used Countrywide to sort out his mortgage, Gerard Cook was a great help from start to finish, he got us a great cash back mortgage deal and arranged our home insurance and life cover all for a very reasonable price, I couldn't beat it elsewhere. Service we received was top class and took the stress out of moving. Would highly recommend!
