“Our experience so far has been one of many ups and downs however what I will say is the saving grace of our situation has been Lorna. Having sold our house for the 2nd time after the 1st falling through after 5 months through a buyers sheer negligence, she has resolved situations that solicitors have sat and let run down the 1st time in this 2nd sale. Always pleasant and plenty of banter on the phone, a real asset to have at the forefront of the Estate Agent. Shoutout to Aidan and Olivia aswell.”

“Fabulous, friendly bed and breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is superb with cereals, full cooked Scottish breakfast, toast, jams, marmalade etc. or simple boiled or poached eggs. Rooms are clean, beautifully presented with tea and coffee facilities, TV, etc. We enjoyed 3 nights here and will be back again. Thank you, Sandy and Cathy for making us so welcome.”

“Small rooms, but very comfortable beds. Some of them are next to the road, but thr noise isnt too bad. The food is great and the host is even better. Suzanne is funny and welcoming. Stay here if you're planning to go to Edinburgh or Glasgow, but the city itself is very very very boring.”

“Rented their camper van for the week. Price was very competitive and the staff were all very friendly. Service was quick and attentive. Certainly be using them again if I need another camper in Scotland! The van was in great condition and came with all the bells and whistles you'd need for a van.”

“Arrived to a really welcoming host Natalie, showed me into my room and made sure I was catered for. The room was warm and clean and exactly what anyone could ask for on arrival. Facilities were great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a help yourself service and had all you’d need to get your day going. Overall my experience here has been fantastic and a place I will certainly recommend to others. Only thing I may suggest is that the shower be improved slightly, but by no means was it bad, just lacks power.”
