“Small rooms, but very comfortable beds. Some of them are next to the road, but thr noise isnt too bad. The food is great and the host is even better. Suzanne is funny and welcoming. Stay here if you're planning to go to Edinburgh or Glasgow, but the city itself is very very very boring.”

“Fabulous, friendly bed and breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is superb with cereals, full cooked Scottish breakfast, toast, jams, marmalade etc. or simple boiled or poached eggs. Rooms are clean, beautifully presented with tea and coffee facilities, TV, etc. We enjoyed 3 nights here and will be back again. Thank you, Sandy and Cathy for making us so welcome.”

“Arrived to a really welcoming host Natalie, showed me into my room and made sure I was catered for. The room was warm and clean and exactly what anyone could ask for on arrival. Facilities were great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a help yourself service and had all you’d need to get your day going. Overall my experience here has been fantastic and a place I will certainly recommend to others. Only thing I may suggest is that the shower be improved slightly, but by no means was it bad, just lacks power.”
