Went for family birthday meal. Service was slow. Large gaps in between courses. Not organised at all even though menu was given in advance… Was given the bill then basically told to leave (once they had received their £400+) as we’d run out of time… starter was nice, curry was really sweet and couldn’t finish it… staff were pleasant enough. Not sure I would return.

I don’t even know where to begin! Rude staff, none English reheated food, staff pouring drinks in a glass… most of it on the bar and NOT in the glass couldn’t rush our food to table quick enough encouraging us to HURRY UP AND GET OUT THE DOOR THATS… when it eventually arrived … obviously reheated Fillet steak ordered fillet steak price charged as a chef… it was 2 small pieces of rump that arrived another friend ordered steak pie… we all laughed… arrived on a tea plate not enough to feed a 5 year old…. Wish I’d went to the chippy! Avoid like the plague’ as for the toilets… Stevie wonder must b their cleaner! Over priced only interested in making money , cutting corners treating customers like blind idiots … and the spirt u order at table… I’d NOT THE BRAND BEHIND THE BAR.. should b ashamed of themselves… absolute rip off in EVERY SENSE OF THE WORLD

Wonderful venue for our wedding. Special mention to Mia who went above and beyond to have the day running seamlessly. Food was superb and all the staff were lovely to speak to from start to finish. Our guests have since made return trips on their own to have another go on the menu the food was so nice.

The staff were really nice and couldn't do enough for you! Rooms were a bit on the small side but were clean and comfortable enough! The food was good!

Tudor was my husbands favourite place to have fishpie,,we went in just to remember the amazing 20 years he had enjoyed eating there. We had Sunday Roast lovely tender beef, gravy and all the trimmings

The Tudor hosted a funeral lunch for my late mother in law. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or respectful and put on a lovely meal for us. Highly recommended. M.A. Pender & Malc

I came from Birmingham to have a 1 night stay from the 10th to 11th dec to be close to a family member who got admitted to Monklands hospital. Arriving to the hotel it was very welcoming and the staff was very pleasant . I was given the key for room no 21 which had two single beds and 1 sofa bed . The room was freezing and when I went to check the window I noticed the handle was broken . I called reception and they sent there maintenance man up who secured it as best as he could as there were no other rooms available . The hotel did refund me £25 from the room balance, I dropped my luggage and went back to the hospital. We returned late , walked up to the door and noticed it was not locked , I assumed when leaving the room that the door will shut and will lock itself however this was not the case as the lock was faulty and you had to fiddle around with it to get it locked by the key. I had no energy left to ring or complain . The following morning went to have a shower and the water was cold, called reception and they sent 2 ladies up who said they were sorting the tanking out . In daylight I could see the carpet was dirty , it seemed like it was not hoovered from the last stay. The socket was hanging off , the shower head was about to snap . My sisters called reception to make them aware of all this and the lady said why didn’t we flag this last night when we flagged the window even though she knew our situation and why we was visiting Glasgow . We went to have breakfast and the lady there was really pleasant , however the tea cups were not cleaned properly so I addressed them to her and she changed them promptly . Overall I would not stay at this 3 star hotel again , however the staff working there are really pleasant and accommodating as best as they can be.
