    This apartment is a nightmare to live in. The maintenance team is unbelievably slow and inefficient—they take forever to fix even the most basic issues. On top of that, there is constant, never-ending renovation work, with loud drilling and hammering every single day. The noise is unbearable and seriously impacts our health. It’s impossible to get any rest or peace in this place.

    Renovating over my head every day! This house is literally a dangerous building! My mental state and hearing have suffered long term irreversible damage from living here!!!! The staff is rude and they are not really looking out for the residents.

    I have stayed at this accommodation for the last two years and also the summer of 2021. My time here has been an overall positive experience and a really convenient living situation, especially compared to previously privately renting a flat in Glasgow!! Any issues that I had were dealt with diligently and quickly. Although the reception staff have changed during my stay here, everyone has been very personable and kind to me. I highly recommend this Dunaskin Mill location for anyone considering private accommodation! :)

    I have lived here for half a year and totally appreciated the efforts the staff have paid. I could easily and naturally feel the warmth every time I was getting the parcel, reporting an issue, or participating an organized activity. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities have been exemplary, thanks to the diligent work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams. Their attention to detail and prompt action to address any issues has significantly contributed to the quality of my life here. Their responsiveness to any concerns or needs raised from me has been remarkable, making DM a true home away from home.

    Last review lies, man at reception has always been nice and kind. When repair man finished for day David came and cleaned my toilet with his hand after previous person left disgusting and it was not noticed. Reception have always nice unless you don't follow rules and tidy your mess which many expect others to do for them. They help us even when they are busy and stressed we should not lie it's brings shame. I would give review more stars if I can

    I have lived here since 2019 (there is only several months that I did notrent flat here) and I have to say the service is worse and worse. The main reason to male me write this comment is because the staff called David is so offensive and rude! Neverthelessthe workers broke into my flat without telling me ahead of time, David send me an email says my flat full of rubbish and they cannot open the door beacuse of the rubbish on the ground (which is just a coat hanger and didn't affect the door opening)!and he said i have to clean my "rubbish' the day he sent me the email, or he will ask cleaners package my stuff and throw them away, and charge me! What a rude and offensive staff! I complained to the customer service and they said they will response in 20 working days. But till now,nothing happend! Maybe they just want this matter wear it thin over the time. Bad Bad Bad experience and cannot be worse,you won't have any dignity and privacy living here because the staff will crush them

    reception team takes up to a month to respond to emails with a broken phone system so there is no way to contact them. rooms are also extremely over priced for what you are receiving- old, dirty and low quality housing.

    The experience for the past year was quite nice.But this year, the whole reception team have changed, the living experience can never be worse. First. The payment system is constantly under maintenance, you have go to the reception to pay rent which is really inconvenient. Second, the hygiene problem. There’s always trash linking in elevator with horrible smell and they don’t clean them in time. Third, when you have fixing request, the stuff ask you to report through the system and wait for ages while they could have priories more serious damages first. What’s more, the new stuff team is extremely rude in terms of writing emails and regular room inspections. They use offensive words and tones in emails. And unpleasant attitude when inspecting room. The accommodation doesn’t take residents seriously when there is complaints over rude stuff. It’s such a concern living in here. I wouldn’t recommend this recommendation under this circumstance until they make improvements.
