   An absolutely amazing store. Most items are a great price for exceptional quality. The staff here obviously enjoy working here as they are so helpful and welcoming. Disabled access is great also. My only complaint is there was too much I wanted to buy ha ha

   This is a quirky little shop with so many different things .. like a mini department store. They have clothes, small items of furniture, bags, matches, key rings, glasses .. so many things .. and lots of them are really nice. We found some brilliant fathers day cards too. It's a great place to find an unusual present for someone.

   Decided to go shopping today, first time for ages and chose to go to the Mall, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. After wandering around, bought a few things, cup of coffee and a pain au chocolate, I saw this gorgeous shop, and in I went. Now, compared to a lot of the shops, this one was quite busy, and the stock truly was lovely to see. So I picked up a couple of items, , fragrance oil sets, actually, and I had been in the shop quite a time, when as I past the pay counter this rather loud voice rings out,' Shall I put those items behind the counter for you, madam, whilst you carry on browsing?, of course people looked directly at me, and I'm not usually taken aback or even speechless, but I truly was, in fact I wanted the floor to open up and swallow me!! I meekly handed the items over and continued browsing. I'm sure the women who said this was probably the shop manager, she was a bit bossy, she was wearing a green dress, shoulder length brown hair. It was a most embarrassing shopping experience, and one I will not be putting myself through in this shop anytime in the future. There is customer service, and then there is 'customer service' Thankyou

   Would just like to thank the girls at this store for their amazing customer service on Saturday. Me and my mum were out for a day of shopping, we’d never bought anything from Oliver Bonas before, but after our experience we’ll definitely be coming back! The customer service was person-centred, friendly, and like they genuinely wanted to help. Giving advice on products, sizes. Other stores should definitely be looking at yours for inspiration on the customer service! (Also can’t fault the products, too many beautiful things!) Thanks girls xxx

   Outstanding and friendly customer service...they repaired a broken necklace, recently purchased online from Oliver Bonas, in the store on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to leave it with them for half an hour whilst went and did some other shopping. I love the 'vibe' of the whole store, but that's more about personal taste.

   A bit more expensive than the likes of Accessorize for jewellery, but with much more pzazz. Asymmetric earrings and stuff. Art shapes. Some clothes too, again with a sense of modern style. Various stuff for the home and much that I haven't mentioned. A very pleasant place to shop.
