We had a fantastic time at the Omniplex in Clydebank. It was great seeing the place after its brand-new renovations and the whole cinema looks brilliant. Everything is clean, modern and really comfortable. The MAXX screen was incredible and easily one of the best cinema experiences Iβve had in a while. The food was decent, although it could have had a bit more flavour. The buttered popcorn, however, was spot on and the pick and mix was absolutely dynamite. Overall, it was a cracking trip to the cinema with a top-notch screen, lovely surroundings and great snacks. Definitely deserves five stars.

Refit has done wonders, looks great, I used to come to this cinema all the time in 90's until it couldn't compete, the new makeover will make me come back in future. Couple of pointers, popcorn was ok, not as good as Odeons, also it wasn't obvious where you would exit, through the counter or elsewhere?

Not very wheelchair friendly. Front automatic doors were not working. Two sets of double doors that open towards you, to enter hall. Other members of the public assisted before cinema staff. A shame as cinema has been refurbished so expected a better experience.

i have never been more disgusted with a place in my life.the entire place smelled like mould and i could have sworn i saw some ants. i also saw the staff and manager be rude to other paying customers. shocking behaviour to witness. this place doesnβt even deserve a 1 star.

Caught the 1.30 showing of the Whitney Houston movie. Super-easy access and comfortable seating. Excellent range of movies on offer at very reasonable prices.

Small screen. Smelly surroundings. No seat allocation. Charged us an extra Β£6 at the till (fine print at booking) for βadditional blockbuster upliftβ in addition to standard ticket charges. No receipt provided. No wonder the cinema industry is dying. Will not be visiting Empire Cinema Clydebank again. Thanks for the experience.

My daughter's first trip to the cinema staff were so helpful, they let us store our pram and were patient with us while she had a little look around they had booster seats so she could see. Overall it was a very positive experience and we went to the kids club movie so the tickets were only Β£2.50!
