had a poor experience where I’d booked a viewing, showed up, rung the doorbell and was unable to get into the property or reach the company by phone for around 20 minutes, at which point i gave up and left. on the coming monday, i was told they were “definitely in the property” and that the agents can’t be contacted because they are not given business phones, making them impossible to reach. I didn’t receive any kind of apology from them for wasting my time, which was disrespectful.

Working with Clyde Property Sales has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. I originally chose to work with another agency on the basis of the number of For Sale signs they had in my area assuming they were the ‘go-to’ for my particular property type and postcode. Big mistake! My property sat with them for over 8 weeks, I had to constantly push them to think outside the box with their marketing strategy, and ultimately felt I was given poor advice about how to achieve a successful sale. My experience with Clyde was night and day compared to this. Clyde were engaged and responsive, gave me some excellent advice about how to get things back on track, have a first class approach to marketing (top notch photography and videography, personalised property overviews, excellent social media following etc.), have a fantastic portal to keep you up to date in real-time about what’s happening with viewings and feedback, and are a committed, lovely bunch of people to deal with. You genuinely feel they care as much about a successful outcome as you do. I achieved a sale within 10 days of working with the team, far in excess of the offers I was receiving with the other agency. My mother was keen to sell her house in Glasgow to move closer to family. The team at Clyde Westend were great, organising and conducting all the viewings and making sure she had advanced notice, daily phone calls to touch base, checking she was comfortable with the process and closing the sale within 9 days. The team doing the viewings were helpful, friendly and polite and the dedicated contact in the office was very professional keeping us updated through the entire process.
