Ordered a Helinox chair zero which arrived very quickly and at a good price,my reason for a 4* review is that for a nearly £70 chair I thought it could have been packaged better…..it was wrapped in a plastic packaging bag and whilst it arrived un damaged it could have been a completely different story.

Poor customer service. Bought items that did not arrive. Parcel is over a week late, meaning that it hasn't arrived in time for my original departure date. WildBounds were not particularly proactive in helping, other than sending an online request to Royal Mail. It was up to me to chase Royal Mail via phone and eventually find the package that was fundamentally lost in the system between ParcelForce and Royal Mail. I then arranged for a re-delivery, but still not parcel. I feel WildBounds have a responsibility to use a reliable courier and if there are issues with deliveries, to do more to solve them. They could have easily sent me out another package so I'd have had it in time for my trip and upon return I could have returned the original. Instead, no real help from them and I leave on my travels without a camping stove - thanks WildBounds!
Ordered two chairs and a blanket for an upcoming camping trip. The order was placed last minute (entirely my fault) and I paid for the next working day delivery with Parcelforce. The items were shipped within 2 hours but unfortunately they didn't arrive in time due to Parcelforce. I contacted Wildbounds via Whatsapp and they were very helpful offering a number of options to me. As I still wanted the items, they refunded the delivery cost with no hesitations. Customer service was very polite and efficient. I only wish more companies would take note of how Wildbounds do CS. Would certainly not hesitate to order from them again, but would make sure I didn't leave it to the last minute!
Ordered an item which sadly arrived damaged in transit. Dan in Customer Services was great in sending out a replacement but also took the time to try and find out how the original might have been damaged to help future customers. Will definitely use again in the future.
Clearly a fantastic company with 1st class customer service. Half of my order arrived damaged and this was quickly sorted out and much appreciated. I won't hesitate to shop here again.
Mind-blowingly good service. Had an issue with a backpack and whilst the manufacturer was unable to help, WildBounds went above and beyond to make sure my issue was rectified. A real template on how a good company should be run. From the ability to reach out to them via WhatsApp to the incredibly swift and courteous replies, I couldn't be happier. Times are really tough, but WildBounds made sure they didn't add to the pain!
