I am taking the MBA in Artificial Intelligence, and I am happy with the content and structure of the course, as well as the level of service that I have received. The online degree is pretty flexible and allows me to juggle this with my job. It's quite simple to use the online interface (you log in and click on the modules to see a structured list of activities to do). Each module is broken up into a weekly structure, and it seems that throughout the week there is a range of learning materials, including reading, interactive activities, online discussions and AI video mini lectures, prepared by real life lecturers. These are generally quite digestible and interesting, and the variety makes learning doable. Assignments are manageable as well and so far each module has been broken up into three assignments, with a combination of written assignments and video presentation. This is great if you need to figure out how to hone your assignment skills instead of submitting everything at once I would say LIBF, now known as Walbrook, has generally been quite attentive and helpful when I have had queries, and quite proactive in terms of helping me along. I am not sure what the campus experience is like as I have only taken up an online distance learning course, however I would say this course is good particularly if you have a full time job as you can plan your time around these demands, and aren't fussed about a social university experience. In terms of value for money, I would say this is a good option, as I researched UK universities for AI related MBA/MSc courses and this one stood out as one of the more flexible and reasonably priced ones.

Walbrook has met my expectations so far. I have appreciated the rigor of the modules, that the course is flexible to balance work and studies and the professors have been very responsive and engaged. The reason for the three stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of the initial negative experience during the transition from LIBF to Walbrook. Otherwise, I am content. Jacob

The academic support provided by the tutors for the individual modules is very good, with quick responses and individual solutions. The quality of the materials is of academic standard, but it is not always possible to access all of them (the university only has one license for each online book, which sometimes makes learning impossible). What I find particularly remarkable is the flexibility of the study program. You can study whenever and wherever you want, and the type of assessment allows you to study in a way that is tailored to your individual needs, despite a common thread. The common thread in the assessments helps you with this. However, the program is currently full of incorrect information or ambiguous views on the part of the university, which has improved the overall experience but is still far below academically acceptable standards (promised standards during the change process from Master's to MBA were simply discarded, opaque communication, too little information about the new program). All in all, everything is very questionable from a consumer protection perspective.

I started on the original MBA with LIBF and then transferred over to the new MBA Innovation. Although there was some disruption with the change, I’m really pleased with the improvements the institute has made for its students. The course content is engaging and easy to follow, the lecturers are responsive and supportive, and I like that there’s pacing to keep you on track but also the flexibility to fit around work, life, and kids! It’s great to see the module structure ahead and know what assessments are coming up, and I’ve enjoyed the variety, from discussion posts to video presentations and reports. The discussion forums are great, as you learn so much from your peers, with lecturers joining in so you know you’re on the right path. I’ve genuinely learnt a lot that I can put straight into my role at work, and it’s made me look at business challenges and opportunities in a completely different way. Overall, it’s been a great experience on the new programme and I’d definitely recommend it.

Having just completed my undergrad degree in Finance, Investment & Risk, I can finally say that I am so pleased to have chosen the Walbrook Institute. Aside from the prestigious location, the university has offered me continuous learning and support forming me from an unexperienced first year student, to a graduate with a dream job. Through my time at the university I have also been able to develop professionally,, having been offered a position as a tutor teaching younger students. Overall, I believe it is the right place if you are looking for a university degree that will differentiate you due to it being highly specialised and practical. As well as being a place with constant opportunities to get real-life insights through their many networking events, and large existing alumni base.

Don’t waste your time here, don’t think it’s special just go to a normal, larger university, it’s an unorganised mess, biggest regret of my life so far was coming here , don’t make the same mistake as me

Studied MSC program with them and I am immensely satisfied with the course content and the faculty.

The most unprofessional staff I ever dealt with completely unhelpful and very rude....

  3. Sophie ★☆☆☆☆

Customer service is always polite when I call but slow in resolving issues that are not the customer's fault. This leads to wasted time on customer's side, call centre side and therefore overall efficiency. Expected better.

Very prompt and efficient registration process but, pathetic after sales customer service. If you want to learn how to complicate service matters and test your patience, call LIBF call centre.
