   Exceptional service from India today. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of boots, and also gave me lots of helpful information about sizing and maintenance. Although the store was busy, she was relaxed and friendly with everyone. And I love my new boots so much I wore them out of the store!

   Just want to say how friendly and engaging the 2 lovely ladies in Dr. M’s were today. They were really welcoming, genuine and attentive. I bought a pair of the most amazing yellow wellies and they were as excited as I was! My teenage daughter loved it too as they chatted to her about Halloween and films and she came out of the shop with a really positive mindset. There was such a positive & genuine feeling in the shop. Didn’t feel like we were being sold to, love that! And I don’t usually do reviews but they deserve a mention - Lara (on the receipt!) and her colleague - sorry I’m rubbish with names, blame it on the menopause! And to top it off the wellies are sooooo comfortable and jolly!

   Obviously quite pricey, but for footwear that will last years. Good selection of DMs, I believe student discount is available, which always helps. My daughter was looking for DMs, they didn’t have her size that day, but the staff in there were friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Can’t ask for more than that really. Will go back again sometime soon when we’re next in Bristol.
