   Clarks make beautiful shoes in infant sizes with really creative designs but the junior range is far less impressive and mainly directed at school shoes, wellies and trainers that lack the creativity of the infant designs.

   The staff aren’t very friendly or helpful in this store. They didn’t greet me when I walked in, despite looking over to see who had walked in. They were very slow to serve or approach me, I had to go up to them for help despite there being only one other customer in store who they weren’t serving at the time. The member of staff who served me brought out the wrong shoes and was pretty rude when telling me they didn’t have much stock of what I was looking for. Next time I will order online to avoid the bother of going in. It’s not hard to be friendly, approach people when they come in and serve shoes, however they clearly think it is.

   It is a small shop so variety is limited. You can order online from Clarks and there's an option to have shoes delivered to that store. This means if the shoes don't fit the shop will get the right size in for you.
