   I went into Pavers on Monday this week with my sister and her husband. My sister has problems with feet and finds it difficult to buy shoes that are comfortable and look nice. The assistant who I think was Mandy but not sure! was so helpful and patient with my sister. She tried so hard for about an hour helping her in and out of so many shoes my brother-in-law said she deserved a medal.

   I’ve had good customer service from this store every time, today however, I walked in with baby and toddler in toe and asked the lady if they did baby shoes, she just stared at me up and down for a minute and said “no” that was it. So I said ok, a bit taken back by her rudeness started to walk out of the store, only to turn around because my toddler was playing with something in the store to see she had gone over to her colleague and was complaining me and saying horrible things about me about the fact I didn’t say hello to her first… I hadn’t even left the store! They both carried on telling each other how rude it was to not say hello first, realised I was in fact still standing there listening to it all, hushed one another and scurried away. I didn’t say hello, no …but I was not rude in the slightest when I made my enquiry, and it was clearly obvious I was trying to stop my toddler from running off and preoccupied with making sure she didn’t ruin the store! Will think twice before I go in this store again

   Needed new winter boots but wanted something other than the usual faux fur lined options found in most shoe stores. Pavers came up trumps. The woman who served me was polite, friendly and very professional, even apologising for keeping me waiting while she finished dealing with another customer. Will be back again the next time I looking for footwear that is comfortable and still stylish and reasonable priced.

   I was very pleased with the sales assistant who served me today she helped with items to maintain the life of my shoes. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I bought a pair of sandals and a pair of walking shoes.

   I had to return a pair of sandals and was really well looked after by the staff. Part of the stitching had come undone and I really didn't want to replace them. The lady involved found me a great replacement pair and was genuinely helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend the service and the product here.
