   Great boots but extremely poor customer service. I have worn their wellies for years and decided to buy directly from source. I ordered the same size as my outgoing boots but the foot bed of the new ones was visibly shorter. I rang customer service who suggested I “must have ordered the wrong size” and were generally unhelpful. I needed to pay postage back to them and then when I received my refund the original p&p payment had been taken off - a total of £12.37 for no product. Shocking! Will be looking for another brand to replace my outgoing boots.

   Products seem reasonable value for money, however the item I ordered became faulty within 3 days and Cotswold shoes have been impossible to get hold of. I have now sent 3 emails to try and exchange the item in nearly 2 weeks and have not received the courtesy of a response. Even with the recent bank holidays, that is 7 working days. Based on this experience, my advice would be to take your custom elsewhere.
