Brilliant shop, best prices I've found for key cutting anywhere in town, and they cut them reliably (no mess ups like from some of the bigger chains). Very friendly and family run, with great show repairs. A+++ ☺️
Highly recommend! Did a brilliant job of repairing my leather shoes, with a fast turnaround, great service and good price. Replaced the heel, fixed a dent on the toe and repaired the front part of the sole that was coming away.
Great work on my old boots. Look like new. Also very helpful with my car keys.
Very rude customer service and very helpful - he said he could cut my key but didn't want to as the blades were too expensive. We've just moved to the area and are always happy to support local businesses but he made me feel unwelcome from the second I walked through the door. Went to Timpsons instead who happily cut the key.
Rob the ShoeMan is brilliant and I have followed him from when he worked in City Centre...........I don't know much about shop beforehand but been there for years and very traditional and reasonable prices. They have loads of things its very difficult to find today unless you go on-line. Local helpful experienced co. At least the grumpy man showed her how the machine worked!!
Custom service was terrible, shop is run by a grumpy man who is aggressive and condescending. The stretch they did on my shoes was good but they weren’t able to stretch the toe box, fair enough, but when I asked about it I received a rude and patronising lecture about the stretching machine, including a disgruntled little demonstration. Would not go here again. Would not recommend.
Managed to get a puncture hole in a new boot, so I went here for a repair. He fixed the hole in less than five minutes and did a great job. Definitely earned all my future business.
