I would just like to say about the exceptional customer service I received by Dan at Willow Brook.He was courteous, kind and listened to a problem I had with my handbag strap. He mended it quickly and securely, Thank you.
Dan was fantastic, my mum needs special shoes and her soles were ridged and she could not walk in them on carpet. He flattened the sole in minutes and for no charge meaning my mum who is disabled had her shoes back the same day. Its nice to know that people can provide customer service in a professional and friendly manner as this type of service seems to be hard to find in many organisations.
Dan managed to re programme my car key remote very quickly and it is now working as it should. I couldnt be more happy with what he did and i would recommend him to anyone who wanted to resolve this type of problem. Thank you Dan, I couldn’t be happier. Ian
A big thank you to Ben. Sorted out both my car keys where the keys had come detached from the fob. Very helpful and knowledgeable and a great price. Can't recommend enough. Would have cost a fortune at the dealer.
If I could give less I will...such a waste of time and money! I complained about the dry cleaning of a suit and shirt, offered to re-do it after I paid £24.95 and the second collection is even worse than the first. Shocking how this company can still be offering service! Disgusted!!!
Reliable, on time, always friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem for these guys. They often do deals and have discounts for frequent customers. Recommended! Went there to get passport photos for my son at the weekend, although busy the service was excellent. Ben was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Thanks Ben and Dan!
Well, clearly not the usual helpful guys on a Sunday. went there specially to get some keys cut at 2.15 , the guy was shutting up the shop and said he was off to lunch, asked if I could just leave the key with him and call back and got a grumpy "sorry mate"
Ordered a new key and was told it would arrive in 2/3 days , I rang but no key, they said they would ring me when it's in , 2 weeks later nothing, I eventually gave up and found someone else and 75 pounds cheaper!!
I have been waiting over 2 weeks to get a refund from this shambles of a place. They cannot cut simple keys , and when returned they refused initially to refund before making me call a hotline who have said they cannot transfer money to my account ( no reason given ). Now complained to the CEO we will see what happens. But this is a dreadful business and staff at the Bradley Stoke branch are exceptionally rude
I have used this branch of Timpson a few times now, and I am never disappointed. The chaps who run the shop are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and skilled at their trade. I've visited for key cuttings, watch battery replacements and most recently they were able to cut a replacement key for a 1960's money box from just a photo of the lost key. Truly talented gentlemen and a credit to the company. Many thanks.
