   I recently worked with Stacey to purchase a property through Sneddon Morrison. She couldn’t have been more helpful throughout. As a first time buyer, the whole process is a little daunting but Stacey was great at explaining everything from notes or interest to damp surveys. She has a brilliant knowledge of the local area and the current property market in West Lothian (which at the time was moving very quickly). I would recommend Sneddon Morrison and will be happy to use them again in the future.

   Cant recommend them at all . First had to chase up emails at times 3 or 4 times to get a response . My late mother's estate was almost problem free with absolutely everything organised and itemised by an accountant before hand yet we were still charged almost 5 thousand pounds . And after explaining to several other lawyers about what was done for us it was agreed we had been grossly overcharged there was zero understanding of me having asbergers and having just lost my mother i was completely at a loss about the process I was patronised ignored and made to feel like I was not worth there time to speak with at times
