   As a first time buyer I was initially a bit overwhelmed by the whole process of buying my first property, but after my first call with Aileen I was immediately put at ease and it was not as stressful as I thought. This was due to Aileen’s friendly and approachable manner meaning I could ask any questions I had even when I thought they were silly. I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism and efficiency, she was always on hand to provide me with guidance and updates, and I never felt alone in the process. Aileen’s knowledge and experience was amazing and helped me to get on the ladder far quicker than I anticipated at a time when it has been difficult for first time buyers. I couldn’t have done this without her and I cannot recommend her enough!

   I had a relatively minor issue which I was concerned about. I stumbled upon Beveridge, Phil and Ross. They (Aileen) responded very promptly, gave me an appointment the following day and in all respects were marvellous. They were assertive and professional, they understood my problem immediately, they were very flexible and informative. An issue which I expected to become a 'big deal' was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It really set my mind at ease and I'm so pleased that I found them and turned to them when I did. I can't rate them highly enough.
