   Alistair was very efficient and professional in a no nonsense type of way and I was a bit unsure about him at first. But, this was my mistake in looking for a sympathetic ear. He wasn't there for that, but to get the best outcome for me. I believe he did get the best outcome for me even though he told me to expect a lot worse. I was glad, in the end, that he was in my corner.

   I was unfortunate enough to be represented by Alistair Burleigh who made it obvious that he couldn't care less about me or my case. His lack of communication and preparation is astounding, especially after reading other reviews on how "great" he is. Seems he only steps up when he feels like it. My original trial date had to be postponed because he was not prepared. He always made me feel like I was the problem and tried to gaslight me into thinking he had asked me questions that I had not answered - questions that he had, in fact, never asked me. He had requested contact details for my partner to inform him he potentially needed to be at the trial as a witness. He never contacted my partner and there was no further communication regarding this, so when I turned up at my original trial date on my own Alistair made sure to make me feel like an idiot for not bringing my partner, despite not clearly communicating this beforehand. He was always condescending and interrupted me every time I spoke, in person and over the phone. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only was I represented by someone who didn't care, but I also got a much more severe punishment from the court than I deserved. Alistair made sure to make out that it was my fault because my evidence didn't convince the judge there was no intention of wrongdoing. My evidence was answering questions that Alistair was asking me on the stand. Questions that didn't allow me to paint the full picture, and any time I tried to elaborate on anything Alistair would cut me off. Having said that, the one star can be dedicated to Gerry Bann, Adams Whyte's client relations partner. He handled my complaint with professionalism, and explained more about the law to me than Alistair Burleigh did. And he did it without the condescension I received from Alistair. Overall, would not recommend this solicitors purely on the probability that you would be represented by Alistair Burleigh. It seems that compassion and support are not consistent among all of his clients.

   This is my first year driving and some women was trying to say I hit her car and never stopped so I was being charged with failing to stop. I was scared I would lose my license and phoned Adams Whyte Solicitors and they told me not to worry and handled every court case and kept me up to date and managed to get the case dropped. Could not thank them enough, I am so grateful to them.

   Adams Whyte have helped me twice now and I can't thank them enough. They were completely understanding and helped me tell my side of the story without any judgment. I received regular email updates and reminders which was great. The solicitor that worked with me was very professional and explained this clearly and ways made sure I understood. They did exactly what they said they would do, they fought hard and we won! If I ever need a solicitor in the future, I will always use Adams Whyte and I highly recommend them to everyone else.

   I have just recently reached the end of a highly stressful case which could easily have resulted in prison time for me and I am highly grateful for the quality of service I have received from Adams Whyte. I first came into contact with Adams Whyte when I switched from a different firm due to poor communication and I do not have a single complaint or bad thing to say about the exemplary service I received from Adams Whyte. It was a fairly complex case in which a neighbour had been taking advantage of my poor mental health (bipolar type 1, off all meds, abusing substances and comorbid asperger's) at the time to repeatedly steal out of my flat and eventually break into and ransack it. Given my mental health difficulties at the time, I retaliated in a highly out of character and reckless manner and was faced with a fairly severe set of charges. My lawyer, Alistair Burleigh, consistently represented me at every appearance, always got back to me in very good time and even met with me and my father in the office on several occasions (my family were supporting me through the case). I didn't meet anyone else from the firm, but I think very highly of Alistair and felt he was very polite, pleasant and kind and was excellent at reassuring me when I needed information. Would highly recommend Adams Whyte to anyone currently experiencing legal difficulties!

   I have used this firm on 2 occasions and recommended many to use them as they deliver what they say they will. Many of my friends have had great results and my dealings have been limited to Peter Mullin at the firm who I cant fault for his pit bull like style in the court room ! I have on been cleared of no insurance and driving license and a second charge of doing 3 times the speed limit I would highly recommend this practice and in particular Peter Mullin and should you find yourself in any issue i am sure you will be next to review with great results
