Made a big mistake by purchasing a American style fridge freezer from the Kitchen supplier, went wrong poor service only lasted 4 years at a cost of £2800 never again. Purchased a similar product from coopers and the service and quality of the product has been brilliant, so pleased to have supported a local company that i can converse with, highly recommend them

What's more to like about Coopers? There's nothing more satisfying than supporting a local small independent business for starters, but Coopers are also a standout company. I have been buying appliances from them for a number of years, their customer service is second to none and the support I have received over the last few months during the fitting of a new kitchen has been outstanding. The prices have been very competitive and I know I will be buying excellent products, because the range they stock is superb. Why shop anywhere else for appliances? A big shoutout goes to Steve, who has gone the extra mile. He has risen to the challenge in finding solutions to tricky problems I have presented during my kitchen build. Visited Coopers Home Appliances in search of an oven/microwave combi and induction hob. Was greeted by Gary who took the time to explain the options to us and answered any questions we had. Gary was not at all pushy and wanted to ensure we had the information we needed to make an informed decision. We decided to go ahead with Gary’s advice and purchased Smeg appliances, both at very competitive prices. Gary recommended a local electrician who, along with the delivery guys, were extremely polite and helpful. Thanks for all your help Gary, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending people to Coopers.
I got in touch to try and see if they could source an appliance that I was after. Unfortunately they were not able to get hold of one for various reasons but Gary was very quick, polite and helpful in dealing with my enquiry. Just wanted to say what great service I received from Coopers of Bath, specifically Roland who has been incredibly helpful. I had to get a replacement cooker installed in my elderly uncles home in Bath. I am stuck in Scotland. Roland arranged everything including putting me in touch with excellent tradesman for the installation. The cooker was competitively priced and just what I needed. I could not have asked for better support and customer focus. I can't recommend Coopers highly enough. Thank you.
Wanting to support a local family business, we have just ordered a fridge freezer and washing machine from Coopers. Great range to choose from in their store. Customer service was key for us and they were super friendly and able to guide us through the various options so we could make an informed decision ourselves - no hard sell. Fantastic service all round.
We recently purchased a new Siemens heat pump tumble dryer from Coopers. Yet again, great advice and their knowledge of appliances is exceptional. I was wary of the heat pump tumble dryer as it was a bit more expensive and the reviews I read online were mixed. However, having played around with it, it's amazing. Longer cycles but way lower energy used and the Siemens 5 year warranty. I think some of the reviewers hadn't really explored the updated functions on modern dryers. Next day delivery from Coopers and they kindly removed and disposed of our old machine. With high streets seemingly suffering these days it's great to support a great local store.
