   The engineer came out quickly & rung in advance as requested. He advised that the 2 appliances were not economic to repair & should be replaced. The charge for the call-out (£35) was deducted from any future purchase. The following day I checked what appliances were available from BDA & price matched online. Initially BDA looked significantly more expensive but when all the add-ons were applied from the alternative suppliers, BDA was a little cheaper. They came & fitted both appliances a few days later - on time & very competent. Old ones removed & all packaging taken away. Very pleased with the fast & professional service...all within 1 week.

   A really lovely, reliable company! I first contacted Bath Domestic Appliances 8 years ago to hook up a washing machine after I became suspicious that a different plumber was trying to rip me off with an outrageous quote for the work. Indeed, BDS did it for less and were much more polite. I’ve recently had their repairman over to inspect and then fix my oven followed by my washing machine the following month. They were able to source a discontinued part to fix my oven, so I thankfully didn’t have to get a new cooker. They found the problem with the washing machine quickly, got the part in the next day, and had it all fixed the following morning. Everyone is really friendly and a pleasure to work with — highly recommended!
