   How easy was that! Lived here for donkeys years and never bought from these. So handy - checked stock online and then went straight down to collect. Couldn't have been easier and such a great price (we couldn't see any damage whatsoever). The guys in the store were very helpful and friendly. Finally, I took my old dryer with me and they recycled/disposed of that for me with no extra charge. Definitely be using again.

   Late opening at 9:05am on Saturday morning. Purchased a fridge freezer for a decent price and all questions answered but not the most engaging assistant and clearly didn't want to be working on a Saturday. Product and price selection is great but don't have any high expectations about Customer Service. Ideal for a cheaper appliance choice though.

   Amazing service with amazing prices. Our fridge freezer stopped working and everywhere I looked it said 21 days delivery. I remembered we had bought our tumble dryer here years ago so called in. 15 minutes later my new fridge freezer was in the van and it was so much cheaper than anywhere else. The next day my washing machine broke but I knew exactly where to go. The guys there are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

   Very very good staff very good .. got discount as we work there . Let us use trolley to take machine ourself as we just live down the road and we drop old one off there and they take off our hands for free . Still playing with new washing machine so will up date u on this soon .good washer .. wash is a bit long but this normal and the 30 minute wash will only spin at 800 but u can go back after and set to spin and dry for 10 minutes then u can spin at 1600 . Big drum.. 9 kg .. for the price we payed and hotpoint very good value for money .
