Extremely welcoming staff who I don't envy, as the customer service needs to be tip top considering the heightened price you pay over anywhere else. But in terms of the town centre, there isn't another place like it, but I tend to go just for the staff, especially the big chap, he is always so helpful.
I do 95% of all my shopping online but wanted some advice on the items I needed do decided to go into a store we chose this store as we went there about 12 months ago and the young staff members were excellent, unlike todays visit. Our first encounter with staff was nearly being hit by a set if steps being pushed by an older male who pushed them in front if what we were looking at. He almost hit us with them and completely ignored us. We then went to the counter and asked for advice on lightweight items. The lady at the counter looked at us as if we were stupid and said to a male who was fiddling with posters if he could help as he had been there longer, he just rolled his eyes and walked off. Absolutely awful service.
Fantastic visit today. Tom was very helpful in helping me find a Christmas gift for my aunt. The chap on the till was fantastic as well, couldn't do enough for me!
Great customer service. I was here for DHL sevice, after being frustated from a pathetic service in a nearby store which made me do rounds just for simple process of sending doucuments sent through DHL - basically in that store, the rep did not even know the simple process and asked me to get a printout label for which i had to drive back home as being sunday, no print servvice available in town centre library. And even after that she could not square it away - whether it was her incompetece or system fault. But as soon as i got to robert dias, the rep in robert dias store squared me away, where i came to know the printout label was not even required in advance. Shame, i could not get his name, but the bloke in stores was really helpful and squared me away deftly and got the job done. Really pleased with the service.
I visited Robert Dyas in Chippenham today and found the staff extremely helpful. A lovely female member of staff was quite willing to undo the packaging of the product I was interested in so that I could see and feel it. I therefore bought the item and am extremely pleased with it. Your staff are a credit to the company and it has always been a pleasure to shop there. Thank you.
Very good shop excellent service Autistic friendly shop for me as I have Autism. The staff look after you very well. I always by my stuff from this shop if I need anything from them. The only thing that's wrong with this shop is that it's very expensive but I think you're paying for quality and quantity.
