“Extremely welcoming staff who I don't envy, as the customer service needs to be tip top considering the heightened price you pay over anywhere else. But in terms of the town centre, there isn't another place like it, but I tend to go just for the staff, especially the big chap, he is always so helpful.”

The design process felt collaborative and we were able to create a genuinely bespoke plan that delivered exactly what we were looking for. The creation of 3D visuals allowed us to assess the various materials and finishes, as well as sense checking the overall design. With his help, I was able to come up with a viable solution (using several items that they had in stock), that I'll buy from Wickes (as they are reasonably priced) once my good lady has given me the go ahead.”
