   I would like to thank Michelle who’s customer service was brilliant today, going above and beyond to help me find, buy and pay for new kitchen sink and taps, remembering me from just a phone call without ever meeting me. When we arrived at the store ( Yate, Bristol ) she again remembered me even though it was a week since speaking to me. She helped me choose taps and even carried a sink out so we could make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you Michelle you are an asset to Howdens and were an absolute pleasure to meet ! Retail stores need more like people like you !

   Introduction made by the builder doing my conservatory conversion to a proper room. Kitchen design Abbie came to the house in the first instance to discuss what l wanted and what was possible. I'd been planning this kitchen in my head ever since I moved in 15 years ago. Abbie sent through 2 design choices based on our conversation within a few days. I was most impressed with the images of how it would look. Between myself and my grown-up children, we decided on the design we all liked. Abbie then booked a date to visit their showroom so we could look at the door and worktop samples. Also showed the choices of hob and over/grills, and various other options that would be in the kitchen. Overall, I am very happy with the design process. Finished plan/ design passed to my builder for fitting. The bill apparently gets sent to my builder, and I pay him not Howdens direct. This way I get a discount, so their price seems very reasonable to me. Can't wait for my builders to be able to fit it.

He has been meticulously helpful and cheerful in the face of our many meetings and changes of mind and has always come up with innovative solutions to the potential problems we have raised.

   Great customer service received! Joe provided a very comprehensive kitchen design. Joe had a great deal of experience, able to provide different solutions to our specific kitchen layout, storage solutions and really thought outside the box with a tricky worktop layout. I would definitely recommend Howdens based on our experience.

   We visited howdens in yate today to view a kitchen. We were greeted by James who was very courteous patient and polite he showed us a number of kitchens on display .We ended up buying the kitchen required and the extra 7 doors that required for a job as well thank you howdens and thank you James
