All we really wanted was someone to help us design a kitchen that we would enjoy, and make it easy for us to buy that kitchen We did have some good service at times, however the process was needlessly stressful - various different plans existed at different times and when we raised enquiries often no information could be provided, or worse, information was sent from earlier and out of date versions of the design. This led to electric first fix being put in the wrong place. We gave up and went with Howdens Yate instead, as everything seemed too difficult from Thornbury.
Very helpful and easy to deal with. Top marks.
