   Horrible customer/delivery service. I placed my order and chose my date I was informed it would arrive between 9-12, I sit in all morning waiting for the delivery and receive a text at 11:47 to say they are 7 minutes away. No one appears, I phone and complain to hear that they apparently came and knocked on my door which absolutely did not happen. I was constantly checking out my window and watching the tracking app. I also have a glass door and 2 very reactive dogs so I know 100% no one attend my address or knocked on my door. The customer service agent I contacted has also been no help what so ever. I am extremely annoyed and hope I never have to use katem delivery ever again

   Appalling customer service. Made no contact to arrange delivery in the first place, then failed to turn up on the supplier agreed day. Completely impossible to contact - 20 minutes of hold music then cuts you off. I can only imagine this is because they know their service is so ridiculously poor at the moment so they're trying to avoid speaking to frustrated customers. STRONGLY advise anyone not to trust them with your delivery. We've had to request a refund from the supplier of our item.

   Brilliant company with brilliant drivers and brilliant office staff. Artic driver Owen I think he's name was sat back and allowed to exit car park slip road onto main road carefully. Really courteous and good professional driver a credit to the company. Also, the chap on the phone I spoke to very friendly and professional, but I forgot to ask he's name also. Brilliant professional company.

   One bad driver doesn't reflect on the company. However, the company ought to highlight road etiquette and courtesy to all drivers whilst they are on the road. After all they hold the beacon for the company. Road rage is unbecoming of a professional driver and a reputable company.

   Could not think of a better place to work. The owners are in the office on a daily basis and treat you as family, not just a payroll number. The work is different every day, never get a minute to yourself but just makes the day go quicker. Staff in the office are great too, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Five stars from me but that is only because I can't give it 10!
