   I was in petrol station praying and one of your drivers registration plate YD19 AWZ a woman with a tattoo on her neck came and racially abused us for being Muslim and said we are not welcome in this country and was saying more vile things which are not appropriate to write , I am seriously disgusted that you employ people like this and I was told that she will be dealt with so I am going to be calling up everyday to chase up with was has been done as she has really offended me an humiliated me so I feel I deserve an apology from her…stop this racial abuse against Muslims we we’re born here and we are British citizens and we have rights too if this is not dealt with properly I will be turning to social media

   One of your drivers was tailgating me on the M3 (at the 50 mph section) around 6.30 am today (26th Feb 2025). He then flashed, overtook dangerously and sounded the horn. This is absolutely disgusting and poses a massive danger to other road users. Your driver should be stripped of their license and sacked promptly. I will be writing an official complaint letter.

   I have witnessed 2 different drivers in as many weeks driving dangerous the first time I reported it to the company and they said they would deal with it but I think this company will employ anybody it’s only a matter of time before the traffic commissioner and police catch up with them

   One of your drivers nearly ran me off the motorway (M1north bound) yesterday Thursday 27th June 2024. At approx 4.30pm. I have since reported it to the police as I took his reg. Worst thing was I had my young son in the back and it was on a average speed zone so probably caught on camera. Disgraceful advert for your company. When I went to complain there was no email. No point phoning as I wanted to put it in writing.

   Was going to email directly but there is not an email address on your website. This morning, around 7.15am 02/06/2021, I came across one of your drivers going north on the A1 near to Sutton on Trent in Nottinghamshire. I believe the registration was YD19 AWY and was liveried as A.Field Transport. Unfortunately, as every driver is a representative of your company, if you could advise them that, if they must drive with their mobile phones on the steering wheel, can they try to at least stay in their lane and not endanger other road users. I believe his mobile phone has a cover that has a red surround. I know this because my daughter was able to snap a picture that we will be providing to the authorities. Please feel free to respond.
