Took a faulty TV back and exchanged it.. wasn't a manager about but the two young assistants were fantastic (Eleanor and Kas) went above and beyond and sorted it all out. Big thanks to them... Argos, you really should have a manager in on a busy Saturday.
Can't blame this store but brought a bed for 130 quid and within two months it's fully broken!! Don't buy a bed from Argos if I were you, was a nightmare to put up and shoddy.

Met a cheeky young lad called Sammy, seemed to be very keen lad loved the buisness was a shame he didn’t have more of a personality. Kinda bored me at the till to be honest
Shocking service. Turned up in the middle of the day to collect an order I had already paid for. The so called manager advised me she wanted to close the store early so refused to serve another customer and myself. Her colleague was happy to help us both, but the manager wouldn't allow her to as she wanted to leave early. Disgraceful.
Had a complicated question, that was too difficult to put into a livechat. I rang the store, and Ash was very patient with me. He sorted my problem out efficiently and i was able to collect my order later that day.
zero stars, placed order online, money debited from account, item not in stock and order cancelled, awaiting my £499 back & can take 5 days to come back .. very poor service, customer here left out of pocket and cant go shopping!! Avoid at all costs, cant get through on the phone, waiting times over an hour ! - a business thats a shadow of its former self :-(
The actual clothes for children are very good quality and reasonable price.. Food good quality.. Great location and parking. Staff helpful and polite. Nice cafe and other facilities.. Love the fact they have Argus on sight. Petrol too!! Will definitely come back
When I couldn't find what I was looking for in the electronic catalogue the assistant went out of her way to help me, and when she found out that the item wasn't stocked locally she arranged for one to be held at another shop of my choice for next day collection. Very pleased with the service.
