   The little kids are mixed with the older kids, there's so much height difference. There are maybe 5 coaches but little instructions given. Most of the boys are beginners and there are maybe 4 really good kids (again no division between the kids and teenagers). Most of the coaches paid attention to only some kids leaving me to think they are maybe parents, in which case it'd be better for them sit on the side and watch. There is one amazing coach carrying the session, young male blonde. No drills, no proper warm up. No sparing drills. Even when the kids started sparring, there was little discipline and control, again due to little instructions. The coaches stay in one place the entire time rather than walking around constantly and checking who needs help/guidance, in exception to the one coach. I looked around on many occasions to get the drill only to find more than half the team not really knowing. I walked into the changing room and two people followed me, thinking it was time to go.

   Not just a boxing club, all members and there parents gel together as a family. My family member started there many years ago and now is a multiple champion. Coaching team are very friendly and approachable. Great facilities within the club also.
