   We needed a fridge freezer. Before ordering we called up to check on the condition, and they told us that any damage would be minimal, cosmetic, and not noticeable once fitted. On delivery, the driver advised that the item was damaged. Upon inspecting it was obvious the door was severely dented and would probably not even fit in the cupboard because of the damage. I called up the company immediately and followed up with an email containing photos and a video. We chased via email and phone several times. We had one email after 3 weeks advising: "We’re still waiting to receive this back from the shipping company to complete refund." That was the only communication we have had from them. That was back in September. Fortunately I was able to reclaim the cost from my credit card company. I don't like giving bad reviews. If a mistake has been made, I can accept this and so I will judge companies on how they rectify the issue. I can only call it how I see it. I guess based on the other positive reviews here I was the unlucky one.

   Very friendly and helpful. Someone to talk to if you have a query. Quick delivery, at a very reasonable cost. Quite happy to pay to get next day delivery. Ordered fridge at lunchtime and it arrived the next morning. Well done! Great service.

   Placed an order today 2:50pm, had a phone call at 3:05pm to say that they were delivering in our area this afternoon/evening if we were happy to receive it today. Item arrived at 7:30pm. Unbelievable service and a friendly delivery driver who delivered to location of our choice within the property. Would highly recommend this company.

   Our dishwasher gave up the ghost the night before Christmas Eve. We were expecting all the family (15+) over the Christmas period. Ashcott Appliances came to our rescue. Stayed open on Christmas Eve so that we could go and pick up a replacement dishwasher. Couldn't ask for a better service. Many thanks.

   Just reviewing the service so far as we haven’t fitted the appliance and I don’t review unless there is something to say. They were friendly at first contact despite clearly being very busy so I felt they wanted my business. They were very straight forward about the condition of their products ( graded) and very swift and helpful in arranging delivery. We were offered payment options of over the phone, website or coming in. They didn’t hide behind their website as so many do. The lads delivering were happy, helpful, and accommodating for a complicated and unusual delivery situation with stairs, obstacles and animals. An all round excellent purchasing experience.

   Not only did we get our freezer at a very good price, but when I called to arrange for collection and asked if someone might be available to help me get it into my car at their end (as I wasn't able to do it on my own), they very kindly fitted it onto their deliveries van and it was delivered same day to my door. What fantastic service, price and quality! I would definitely use them again.
